Doha – Mubasher: Qatar Electricity and Water Company (QEWC) announced on Tuesday that it will sign an acquisition agreement with Nebras Power under which the latter acquire 9.75% and 15% of QEWC’s shares in Phoenix Power Company and Phoenix Operation and Maintenance Company respectively.

QEWC said that the signing will take place tomorrow at the company’s headquarters. 

The Qatar listed company earlier reported a net profit of about QAR 1.14 billion in the first nine months of 2015, versus QAR 1.17 billion in the same period last year.
